Price quoted is for a misdemeanor DUI expungement. If your case involved a probation violation, there is an additional fee of $200 due to the additional legal work required. If your case concerns a felony conviction, there is an additional fee of $100.

Feel free to choose either the pay-in-full option, which includes the Court filing fee or make your first payment of an interest free, three month payment plan. If you require additional payment plan options, please contact our office today to speak with someone who can help.
